Manufacturer and Sponsor Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) New Direct Payment Process (DPP) User Guides are available!

The Manufacturer and Sponsor CGDP DPP Users Guides are now available on the TPA Operations website. The draft guides previously posted have been removed and the completed guides are posted on the TPA website under the New Direct Payment Process Information section.

 

There may potentially be updates made to the manual, so it is important to pay attention to the “Revision Date” in the footer of the manuals.
